New word, "Fraudclosure"

Bits of good news that you may have seen: judges refusing to side automatically with banks on foreclosures in Alabama and Florida.

And in the middle of the news, here at Ritholtz for example, the lovely term "fraudclosure". A Google News search suggests it was coined around mid-October 2010. Nice new word. Wonder if it could last as long as "Hooverville" has?
