But enough about San Francisco real estate

Been arguing about my neighborhood this week on the SF local real estate blog Socketsite. It's an intelligent community over there, including some folks who show interest in the less profitable kinds of housing for the less profitable kinds of tenants. But then there's a whole contingent who seem almost offended by the suggestion that poorer people should live in a place that richer people could occupy. On the apparent grounds that poor people, or anyway poor people on Sixth Street, are ipso facto bad.

Hey -- there are nice people and jerks at every economic level. Don't judge lest etcetera.
