Private public space gets a little less public
Unhappy California appellate decision allowing a supermarket to ban religious group from soliciting money outside the doors of a supermarket on the supermarket's property. The case is Ralphs Grocery Co. v. Missionary Church of the Disciples of Jesus Christ. Actually found via the FindLaw newsletter, and stored by Findlaw here but that link is harder to get at.
