Hey, don't let the Buzzell Building fall apart.

This Buzzell Building at 130 - 8th St. is a treasure inside and outside. Wooden built-in shelves in the reception area. Old wood. It's a former machine shop according to this and this. I think some part of the original business remained at the site right up until the Electric Works gallery moved in. Since Electric Works moved up to Mission Street the windows have been getting crudded. This building shouldn't be allowed to go downhill. It's the nicest one on Eighth Street.

So, of all the buildings that shouldn't be gentrified, could someone please gentrify this one if that's what it takes to keep the place intact?

  1. Nobody should live there!!! If you don't believe in ghosts you most certainly will if you are ever in that building. Ask anyone who has worked in there
