On police herding of RVs in San Francisco

My friend Kathleen Gray, a former vehicular resident, explains on the Ocean Beach Bulletin site how police have herded RV residents to Lincoln Boulevard or Ocean Beach, and what's wrong with the proposed ordinance -- going to a Supervisors' vote today -- that would ban parking of large vehicles on several streets where they have traditionally been tolerated.

Another person I know well has said similarly -- repeatedly and solidly -- that years ago she was told to go park her RV in Dogpatch and the Bayview. That area has streets named in the proposed ordinance too.
